Out Of Stock:
If this product is showing “Out of Stock” then we consider the delivery time to be longer that you would probably be prepared to wait. New stock will be arriving soon but it could be a few weeks away. Please contact us to get an up-to-date delivery time.

Delivery/Shipping:
This product will be delivered on a pallet by a transport company through a pallet delivery network. We ship by a next day service, so as soon as your order is ready for shipping it will be despatched and then it should be delivered the following day. Some deliveries can take 1 to 2 days depending on where you are located, for example Scotland, Wales and Cornwall.
Please note because we are using an outside delivery service, the next day delivery is not guaranteed.
We will advise you by email or text message that your order has been shipped and give the tracking information if available so you can track your pallet.
It is very important that you give us your email address and mobile number if possible so we can pass these onto the transport company so they can contact you if necessary.

Unloading:
You will need a forklift or other suitable lifting equipment to unload the lorry.
